BOULDER, Co., February 13, 2008—JM Hyde Consulting, Inc., today announced a corporate restructuring, effective as of Feb 1. The executive management changes include the promotion of Mr. Simon Forder to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Forder previously held the position of Vice President of Strategic Development. In his new role, Mr. Forder is responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of the organization and will chair the Executive Committee.
Mr. John Hyde, the company founder, will remain as Chairman of the Board. "I am very excited about the recent organizational and management changes we have instituted. The new organization will support growth, sustainability and a business model which continues to enhance our ability to serve our clients," remarked Mr. Hyde.
Other key changes include the promotion of Dr. Peter Watler, Ph.D., to Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Watler previously served as Vice President of West Coast Operations. In his new position, Dr. Watler is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and its expansion into new technical markets.
Ronald Berk has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer with responsibility for management of all professional services. Additionally, Mr. Chuck Poskie will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for management of all financial and infrastructure services.
